REGISTRATION FOR NYDF’S MUN CONFERENCES
Registration
You can register for our conferences individually or as a group through your school provided you are qualified to attended the conference.
- Submit a registration request via our online form. This will include your group size, country/committee preferences, and other related details.
- Receive an invoice. After your registration request has been reviewed, you will receive an invoice that corresponds to your group size and preferred method of payment.
- Pay conference fees. In order to confirm your registration, full payment of the invoice is required.
- Receive confirmation of your acceptance to NYDF’s MUNs as well as next steps in the process.
Note: submitting a registration request does not guarantee acceptance to NYDF’s MUNs. Rather, all of the above steps must be completed in order for your registration to be confirmed.
Qualification for conferences is as specified
Age: Required age NESMUN (10 – 11) NMESMUN (12-13) NHSMUN (13 -15)
Class: NESMUN must be in (Grade 5 – 6) NMSMUN (Year 7 – 9) NHSMUN (Year 10 -12)
Ability to speak in public: Must be self-confident and cable of express his herself.

Delegation Size & Student Ages
NYDF’s MUNs accepts delegations of up to 50 students of secondary school age (most often, ages 13-18).
Registration Timeline
Registration will remain open until the conference reaches capacity. Registration requests are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage schools to complete the above (4) steps as early as possible in order to secure seats. Once the conference fills to capacity, we will no longer be able to accept new registrants and all applications will be added to the wait list.
Payment Process
Once your registration request is reviewed, you will receive an invoice that corresponds to your number of requested seats. During each registration window, NHSMUN must receive payment by the final date in order to confirm the seats in question. For example, during the early registration period, NYDF’s MUNs must receive payment in order for the registration to be confirmed. Contact Us.
